Rethinking the UCC welcoming ad - connexions

"59% of evangelical Protestant pastors would not knowingly admit homosexuals to membership in their church, while only 16% of mainline Protestant pastors said they held to that excluding view. Further, only 14% of evangelical Protestant pastors said there are openly homosexual persons attending their church, whereas 37% of mainline Protestant pastors answered in the affirmative to the same question."
