Regarding the property disputes between the Diocese of Virginia and the secessionist churches. Time will tell, but you continue to hear differing opinions about who has the stronger case under Virginia law.
One thing that just struck me - it's probably struck others earlier - is that there are dissenting churches in many dioceses, but not all have left The Episcopal Church. Choice theory suggests that those that leave first are most likely to be in states where the law is most favorable. Taking this another step, as the part of a grander strategy of the coalition of dissenting churches (and their facilitators in Africa and elsewhere) it makes sense to trigger property disputes where you are most likely to win. The precedents then established would ease the battle for those who leave later.
